Chosen to incorporate the quieter part of the Lakes, our Lake District Discoverer cycle holiday allows you to experience this wonderful area with ease. Over seven days of cycling you’ll visit some of the prettiest parts of the Lakes and without doubt the most dramatic scenery in England.
Based in Keswick in our first two days of cycling holiday we explore the northern lakes, cycling on quiet roads and tracks that meander around Skiddaw, Saddleback, and the lakes of Bassenthwaite, Derwentwater, and Loweswater. We then cycle to Ambleside, which is our base for the rest of the cycling holiday and starting point for some amazing cycling around Langdale, Grasmere, Coniston Water and Lake Windermere.
